Boxing letter – offered here is a letter written by the chairman of boxing commission of the city of Hartford, Connecticut. He is writing to a lawyer telling him about a bill that he is introducing to the state legislature about legalizing boxing over the entire state of Connecticut. He also tells him to come and visit him and he will take him to a fight. The chairman’s name is Coe Hawkins and it is signed by him. There is also an envelope that is addressed. Ex. Condition.
