Vintage 8″ x 6″ press photo of Billy Conn with his manager, Johnny Ray and Mike Jacobs during the contract signing for his bout with Joe Louis. Photo is dated 12/21/40 and has Acme Newspictures stamp and caption on back. Overall condition is very good but does have sporadic creasing.
