Vintage cabinet card of Thomas “Pedlar” Palmer. Palmer won the World Bantamweight Championship in 1893, with a career span which ran from 1891 – 1912. Cabinet card is from the Police Gazette Gallery, Richard K. Fox, Franklin Square, N.Y. Very good condition with a small crease on bottom right corner and slight paper loss and tape residue on back of card.
