Very rare vintage photo postcard of former Middleweight Champ, George Chip. Chip won the Middleweight title from Frank Klaus on October 11, 1913. Writing on back states “I am sorry I don’t have a picture in fighting trunks. This picture was taken when I was boxing. Thank you for the complement you payed me. Best of luck and God bless you. Yours Sincerely, George F. Chip.” Postcard is in very good condition but does appear to have been slightly trimmed which does not affect the picture or the signature.

Handwritten postcard written by Angelo Dundee. Contents are “Dear Jim, Ali is in fine form, especially physically. Will do it for the 3rd time. See you in N.O. We leave Thursday, Angelo.” Contents were regarding Muhammad Ali’s fight with Leon Spinx in New Orleans on Sept. 15, 1978. Postcard is in very good condition.
