Vintage, original 7″ x 9″ press photo of Lou Ambers shaking hands with Henry Armstrong during the weigh-in for their bout at the Polo Grounds. Armstrong at the time was Featherweight and Welterweight champ. He was fighting Ambers to also have the Lightweight champ title. Associated Press stamp and caption are on back of photo. Excellent condition.

Vintage 8″ x 9 1/2″ wirephoto of Rocky Marciano. While vacationing in Lake Arrowhead, Ca. Rocky volunteered to help fight forest fires which were nearby. He is pictured pouring coffee for Zuni Indians who were flown in from New Mexico to help battle the blaze. Overall condition is very good but does have sporadic wrinkling throughout.

The proceeds were to go to ex-sheiks. Photo has caption and stamp from Culver Service Photos on back. Overall condition is very good but does have sporadic wrinkling and some paper loss on top center and bottom left corner. Also on bottom left corner is some creasing.
